Owner controlled
Only the workspace's recorded owner can connect, select, refresh, test, or remove its Zoom authorization.
A workspace owner authorizes their own Zoom account on Zoom's secure consent page. MentorU confirms the authorized identity, returns directly to Connected, and can create, read, update, or delete meetings requested from that workspace. Mentors never enter a Zoom password into MentorU.
Only the workspace's recorded owner can connect, select, refresh, test, or remove its Zoom authorization.
Zoom returns one authorized user identity. MentorU validates it for the exact workspace and connects it without another choice screen.
Enabled workspaces can schedule meetings and let mentors and members use Zoom's Meeting SDK inside MentorU, with an explicit Open in Zoom fallback.
